To download the latest version, download from the GitHub repo.

You can download the installer VisualMASMSetup.EXE from Github as well.

Once you have downloaded the installer, follow the instructions and simply run VisualMASM.exe. It will prompt you to go through an initial setup wizard which only takes a few moments.
